The midsole features a combination of FF BLAST PLUS ECO and FF TURBO PLUS cushioning. Also used in the ASICS METASPEED racing models, this foam combination creates one of the lightest and bounciest running experiences.

This upper construction of the SUPERBLAST 2 features an asymmetric mesh design with different colors on the medial and lateral angles of the shoe for visual interest.
